Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Assist in Proof Of Delivery (POD Chop Sign) and Transport Billing - received & completion of Daily DO Chop Sign update in system, check and ensure billing quantity and rate are correct.
- Monitor POD Discrepancies (Rejection)
- Assist to prepare related daily operation reports.
- Handling Trade Return Collection
- Assist to circulate via email to Transporter for collection arrangement.
- follow up timely to ensure Trade Return Collection completed until CN issued.
- Handling Daily Documentation to Customer
Skills/Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Min Diploma preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry, with FMCG industry background is an adding advantage.
- Able to work on shift.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
- PC skills including proficiency in use of MS Word & Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
