Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Proof Of Delivery (POD Chop Sign) and Transport Billing - received & completion of Daily DO Chop Sign update in system, check and ensure billing quantity and rate are correct.
  • Monitor POD Discrepancies (Rejection)
  • Assist to prepare related daily operation reports.
  • Handling Trade Return Collection
  • Assist to circulate via email to Transporter for collection arrangement.
  • follow up timely to ensure Trade Return Collection completed until CN issued.
  • Handling Daily Documentation to Customer

Skills/Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: Min Diploma preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry, with FMCG industry background is an adding advantage.
  • Able to work on shift.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
  • PC skills including proficiency in use of MS Word & Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
