We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Sirclehub Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in assisting our customers with their inquiries and issues related to Tineco, Ecovacs, and Dibea vacuum products. You will handle live chat support, address customer concerns, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and service requests for Tineco, Ecovacs, and Dibea vacuums.
  • Process service requests, warranty claims, and product returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including updating customer records, managing service logs, and coordinating with technical support teams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the service team to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
  • Stay informed about product features, updates, and common issues for the brands we service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
