Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the representative for a world-class smart security company, and gain working knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Handle all Incoming/Outgoing calls effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Deliver professional service via phone, email and fax and providing one stop service in a consistent and professional level.
- Monitor and respond to the alarm signals of client’s world-class smart home security system, within service level targets (SLT).
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to customers on alarm issues in an effective and efficient manner.
- Assign out relevant questions and jobs requested by customer to other respective departments for further action.
- Be a team player and maintain professional composure when dealing with security issues.
- Based on customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Superior for further discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
- Highlight non-SOP compliance incidents to Team Leaders for corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in rotational shifts.
- Must be able to work in Jalan Chan Sow Lin, KL.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM qualifications.
- Good command of English.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, result-oriented and positive-minded with exceptional professionalism.
- Possess good analytical skills and adaptable to changes.
