COMPANY: Evolt Karting.
INDUSTRY: Electric Karting (Theme Park).
LOCATION: Kampung Baru Subang, Shah Alam (7km distance from Subang Airport).
COMPANY OPERATING HOURS:
Monday-Friday: 4pm-12am.
Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday: 12am-12pm.
MARKETING WORKING HOURS (FLEXIBLE):
Monday-Sunday: Five (5) Working Days with Two (2) Off Days per week.
8 Working Hours (1 hour break) per day / 40 hours per week.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence, raise brand awareness, and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Brand departments, and collaborate with our team to create interesting, creative, and educational content.
Our ideal candidate need not be an experienced professional so long as they possess demonstrable creative writing skills. In this role, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Even if you are not an expert in content optimisation and brand consistency, we would like to meet you provided you have a go-get-em attitude and seek to improve yourself through constant learning.
Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all social media content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
GENERAL TASKS:
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout.
Create and publish engaging content.
Edit, proofread and improve content for brand consistency.
Liaise with Brand and Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
Optimize content according to SEO.
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content generation is on-track.
Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection).
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
Define most important social media KPIs.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
Work with Brand and Marketing team to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Provide constructive feedback.
Present to Senior Management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Experienced in marketing content creation and social media management.
Proven digital and on-ground marketing campaign experience.
An understanding of social media trends.
Proficiency and knowledge of content creation tools and apps and willingness to learn about the new apps on the market.
COMPETENCIES:
Microsoft applications including Excel and Powerpoint.
Photo editing apps and tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, et cetera.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Have an eye for visuals and for video creation.
People skills; must be able to establish and maintain relationships within and beyond the company.
Analytical thinking; able to analyse business and market trends and steer marketing endeavours accordingly.
Knowledge of various digital marketing tools, software, and platforms.
Professional and proactive work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Effective time management skills and able to deliver within the allocated timeframe.
Integrity and dependability; must show up when needed and be willing to go beyond the call of duty.
Able to work independently with multitasking abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
