Position : Admin Assistant
Location : Medan Klang Lama
Salary range : RM 2,500 – RM 3,000
Working hours : 5 days a week
Responsibilities
· Manage daily operation of the branch
· Manage administration system in real estate field
· Assist management and implementation of administrative and facilities functions
· Assist in sales activities administration
· Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
· Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary
Requirements
· Computer literate, fast learner and independent
· Basic knowledge in Accounting, Microsoft Office (Excel)
· Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
· Problem Solving
· Fresh grad/no experience are encouraged to apply
· A positive attitude towards work-life balance, work smart and play hard
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
