Job Description
1. Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of appointments and efficient patient flow within the clinic.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Manage invoicing, process payments, and conduct end-of-day sales reporting.
4. Responsible for updating patient information and sending reminders for appointment.
5. Collect patient feedback forms and address any feedback or concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies as needed.
7. Support daily administrative tasks and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
1. Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English, other languages will be an advantage
2. Proven experience in customer service will be considered a plus.
3. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
4. Well-organized and responsible, with strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Preferably a detailed oriental and fast learner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
