Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (9.00am - 6.00pm), Saturday alternate
Location: Co3, 3-1, Jalan Merbah 1, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47170 Puchong, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Handle onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Assist with payroll processing and administration.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Manage employee leave and attendance records.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
  • Assist and acknowledge in Finance.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
