- -Coordinator to implement and managing HR policies and procedures. -Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviewers, and conducting background reference checks, sourcing the candidate. -Maintaining Employee Profile hardcopy and softcopy and updating HR database. -Managing employee benefits and compensation packages. -Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts. -Handle payroll administrations work i.e. checking, staff attendance monitoring, staff leave recording, payroll processing and etc. -Conducting performance evaluations such as confirmation, extension probation, yearly appraisal, ad hoc appraiser and etc. -Preparing and conduct the new joiner orientations process. -Managing employee resignation process. -Handle HR administrations jobs such as filling documents, admin task. -Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues. -Ensuring compliance with Local Labour laws and regulations -Able to perform adhoc task which is assign by Management/Superior from time to time.
- -At least Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. -At least one year of experience in HR field. -Excellent Communications and interpersonal skills -Strong organizational and time interpersonal skills -Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks -Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially
