PT Sales Associate (Brooks Brothers Retail Malaysia - Mitsui Outlet Park)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
• Provide exemplary quality of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
• Answer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand’s standards
• Maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows
• Assist in daily store operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Location at Mitsui Outlet Park
• Possess at least SPM, Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
• Prior exposure in premium fashion brands/ menswear brands is preferred
• Possess good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Possess good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift

Experience:

• fashion retail: 1 year (Preferred)
