Payroll
- Manage the full payroll processing cycle, including salaries, allowances, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to all relevant regulations.
- Maintain confidential payroll records, including details of employee compensation, deductions, and statutory information.
- Collaborate closely with HR to update and maintain employee records and payroll-related information.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave entitlement, leave application and other benefits.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or issues, while addressing staff inquiries promptly.
- Regularly update and maintain employee records and personal details using payroll software and systems.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities as required.
- Liaise with Malaysia Statutory bodies for registration, enquiries & make payment to Statutory Bodies.
- Assist and support in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned by the superior and management.
Foreign Worker Management
- Manage all aspects of foreign worker issues, including permit renewals, FOMEMA compliance, hostel arrangements, and welfare support.
- Regularly update and maintain employee records, ensuring that all documents are accurate and current.
- Support the onboarding and relocation processes for foreign employees.
- Oversee attendance tracking, payroll processing, leave management, and statutory payments.
- Liaise with immigration authorities and manage related documentation.
- Stay current with immigration laws to ensure all documentation remains compliant.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for foreign worker management.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR role.
- Proficiency in handling visa and work permit processes.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
