full job description:
1. Assist and participate in the daily activities and functions of the kitchen facilities, food preparation and production in the designated areas and ensure standard performance is implemented and maintained according to the assigned duties.
2. Carry out all necessary mise-en-place work appropriately, complete, efficiently and ensure that all kitchen equipment and areas of responsibility are clean, tidy, clean, neat and set a budget so that there is no wastage and others.
3. Carry out tasks under the close supervision of the First Cook in preparing and cooking food ingredients according to the recipe in the designated section and ensure that the high quality level of food production is consistent.
4. Carry out related tasks and special projects as directed.
Qualifications:
-Having a diploma in the culinary field is preferred.
-Related certifications in cooking.
-Relevant experience in a similar role for at least 2 years.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Kulai.
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month(not include OT)
