Responsible and accountable for the following tasks:
- Billing report – compare with daily truck movement, retrieve data from TMS.
- Generation of invoices in MYOB up to forwarding of invoices to customer.
- Filing billing reports and invoices.
- Sub- contractor invoices – receipt of, process up to submission to Finance for payment.
- Monthly SOA and collection.
- Offset payment.
- Any ad-hoc tasks required by manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
