Responsible and accountable for the following tasks:

  • Billing report – compare with daily truck movement, retrieve data from TMS.
  • Generation of invoices in MYOB up to forwarding of invoices to customer.
  • Filing billing reports and invoices.
  • Sub- contractor invoices – receipt of, process up to submission to Finance for payment.
  • Monthly SOA and collection.
  • Offset payment.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks required by manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
