We are looking for highly self-motivated and good team player who is able to plan, execute and supervise quality work of the administrative support function.
Main Tasks:
- Perform the administrative support functions of the office.
- Coordinate clerical duties and front-desk activities, including, but not limited to, distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, sorting mail, filing, photocopying, ordering and inventory of supplies, and typing reports.
- Plan and improve the business support processes and SOPs.
- Manage and organise any other task requested by Head of Operations from time to time.
Education:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience at supervisory role.
- Preferable has working experience in administrative function.
- Attention to details, and ability in problem solving.
- Pro-actively seeking new ideas/methods to improve efficiency.
- Good team player, able to communication and work well with other colleagues.
- Efficient time management, able to prioritize tasks and follow through without missing deadlines.
- Good command in English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- IT savvy and good knowledge about Microsoft Office, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
