Responsibility
- Conducting in-depth assessments of clients' current employee benefits offerings and identifying opportunities for enhancement
- Researching industry trends and best practices to develop tailored benefits packages for clients
- Collaborating with clients to understand their unique organisational needs and priorities
- Preparing detailed proposals and recommendations for client consideration
- Implementing and managing new employee benefits programmes, including communication and training for staff
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of employee benefits programmes, and suggesting improvements
- Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation and regulations
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing employee benefits or human resources role, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services industry
- Strong understanding of employee benefits products and services, including medical, insurance, retirement, and other benefits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into easily understandable recommendations
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing employee benefits programmes
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
