Responsibility

  • Conducting in-depth assessments of clients' current employee benefits offerings and identifying opportunities for enhancement
  • Researching industry trends and best practices to develop tailored benefits packages for clients
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their unique organisational needs and priorities
  • Preparing detailed proposals and recommendations for client consideration
  • Implementing and managing new employee benefits programmes, including communication and training for staff
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of employee benefits programmes, and suggesting improvements
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation and regulations

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing employee benefits or human resources role, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services industry
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits products and services, including medical, insurance, retirement, and other benefits
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into easily understandable recommendations
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing employee benefits programmes
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
