  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About The Company:

Our client is dedicated to promoting and enhancing the brand of Zoo Negara through innovative marketing strategies that attract visitors, boost engagement, and support conservation efforts.

Position: Account cum Admin Assistant (Mandarin Speaker/ Fresh Graduate) (Salary up to RM4,000)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.
  • Prepare monthly accounting report including cash flow & analysis.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure all documents received are checked, validated, and matched accordingly, and maintain proper filing of documents.
  • Ensure employee database records are up to date.
  • Handle general office administration and maintenance tasks.
  • Manage Petty Cash and staff claims.
  • Responsible for AR, AP, general accounting tasks, and daily accounting functions.
  • Professional handling of incoming and outgoing telephone calls and call transfers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
  • Prepare relevant documents.
  • Arrange events (seminar/conference/others), translation (Bahasa Malaysia & English), and compile meeting minutes.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager.
  • Maintain proper filing system and records, following head office guidelines.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts, bad debts, and review systems to minimize debts and maximize collections.
  • Assist in opening and closing bank accounts and provide support during external audits.
  • Implement basic accounting controls.

Requirement:

  • Open to fresh graduates from any field of study. Accountancy, Accounting, or equivalent will have an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
