Retail Sales (Sports Products)

Outlet Location:

Position Needed: Store Manager, Sales Associate, Racquet Stringer

Job Scopes:

· Able to string badminton racquets as and when required.

· Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, deliver).

· Ensuring that product shelves are well-arranged and adequately stocked with products.

· Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed.

· Assisting customers in locating requested store products.

· Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions.

· Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained.

· Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.

· Maintains company standards regarding personal sales metrics.

· Unloading and unpacking store deliveries as well as attaching price tags to all store products.

Maintain proper housekeeping practice in the factory

Job Requirements:

· Proven experience working as a retail sales and stringer.

· Passion for retail, people and delivering great service and the ability to stand for extended periods.

· Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.

· Effective communication skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
