Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Functions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense
- reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budget reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in yearly audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
Administrative Functions
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, responding to inquiries as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
- Support the HR department with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and/or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate
- environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and MS Office (Excel, Word,
- Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
