Sales Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Lead and drive the Sales and Marketing team to achieve Sales and Marketing quality objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring sales and marketing performance and attending to customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To develop and increase sales through building and maintaining good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Responsible for planning and implementing the company’s marketing and sales program.
• Keeps management informed by submitting daily call reports, weekly work plans, and periodic analysis.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
• Prepare individual sales forecasts and reports for meetings and for management information.
• Market survey and feedback on competitor activities in assigned markets.
• Perform other duties as required to meet objectives.
• Achieving or exceeding monthly sales target.
• To perform any assignment assigned by a superior or management from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum of at least 5 years of working experience
• Position and applicants must be willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
• Analytical Reporting Expertise Skills.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and display positive body language.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Good People Skills.
• Experience in Plastic products or plastic packaging background will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
