Senior Network Engineer-Palo Alto (1 year Contract) (Client Office @ Sec 52 PJ)

Position: Senior Network Engineer

Location: Jalan Barat, Section 52, Petaling Jaya
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewal upon review)

Responsibilities:

• Network Security & Maintenance
• Support and maintain network and security devices within the Client Company's corporate network, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Perform regular troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates on networking equipment to enhance system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Project Support & Implementation
• Provide technical support for network-related projects, including planning, configuration, and implementation phases.
• Work closely with the Network Global Team at CelcomDigi Tower in PJ, to align network projects with Client Company's global standards and best practices.
• Collaboration and Onsite Support
• Be onsite at Client Company's office in CelcomDigi Tower, Petaling Jaya, for direct access to the corporate network.
• Coordinate with global team members to manage and optimize network systems efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• Technical Skills
• Proficient with Palo Alto products, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Prisma SD-WAN, and ION Devices (Palo Alto certification is an added advantage).
• Familiarity with additional network equipment and products such as Cisco Meraki L2/L3 switches, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and Azure Cloud Networking.
• Experience & Knowledge
• Strong background in network security and support within enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of network architecture, infrastructure, and protocols.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM12000 to RM14000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefits:
Allowance: Yes (TBC)
Working Days: 5 days (Mon to Fri)
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
