Handle all e-commerce platforms related to new product listings, promotional mechanics, product visuals, traffic acquisition, sales and conversion.
Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms to achieve KPIs.
Provide monthly analysis reports on sales, campaigns, and performance.
Monitor inventory levels, analyse sales data, and optimize product performance.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Design marketing materials for both printed and digital media, including but not limited to flyers, banners, posters, brochures, PowerPoint slides, and other marketing collateral.
Communicate with other departments on visual and content preparation for e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with the supply chain for demand planning to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all e-commerce platforms by addressing issues promptly and implementing feedback.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.

Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience or have relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Diploma / Degree in E-commerce, Business, Data Analysis or any other related fields.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic data analysis.
Good communication skills and a team player.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
Ability to multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to meet the expected outcomes.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English.
