  • Input data into accounting software accurately and timely.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required by the managemnet.
  • Candidate must possess at least a STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business or any equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
  • 5 days work day.
