- Input data into accounting software accurately and timely.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required by the managemnet.
- Candidate must possess at least a STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business or any equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- 5 days work day.
