JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute sales strategies to increase preschool enrollment. - Build relationships with prospective parents, oversee tours, and manage inquiries to meet monthly and yearly enrollment targets. - Manage all aspects of the admissions process, from lead generation to enrollment. - Oversee marketing efforts, plan open houses, and convert inquiries into enrollments. · Oversee the entire admissions funnel, from lead acquisition to enrollment. - Develop relationships with parents, conduct tours, and provide excellent customer service to ensure strong enrollment numbers. - Identify new enrollment opportunities, manage outreach to prospective families, and maintain relationships with community organizations to drive preschool admissions. - Lead the preschool's sales efforts, including managing parent inquiries, converting leads into enrollments, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. - Build strong relationships with prospective parents and the local community to drive enrollment. - Manage the sales process from inquiry to enrollment and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within early childhood education or a related field. - Proven experience in managing the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, preferably in the education or preschool sector. - Strong communication skills - Experience in generating and following up on new leads, using a variety of methods such as digital marketing, community outreach, and referrals. - Strong skills in closing deals, enrolling families, and managing parent expectations. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and enrollment quotas.
