About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible to lead the digital marketing team in developing and executing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Focus on driving measurable results through SEO/SEM optimization, campaign management, and performance analysis. Collaborate with content creators and provide leadership to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the digital marketing team, providing guidance and fostering collaboration to achieve goals
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans and strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive growth
  • Manage, execute and oversee campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others, ensuring effective execution and optimization
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future initiatives
  • Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics across all channels, generating insights to refine strategies and enhance overall campaign effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field (a Bachelor's or higher degree is preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing (experience in non-profit organizations is a plus)
  • Expertise in managing, monitoring, and executing Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Experience with additional platforms like TikTok Ads, X Ads, and others is a valuable advantage
  • Strong proficiency in SEO and SEM
  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing plans and strategies that align with organization objectives and drive measurable results
  • Proven leadership abilities to mentor and guide a digital marketing team
  • Intermediate English proficiency (advanced English is preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
