Basic salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500

Other: Allowances & Commission with Additional Variable Incentives

Role Description

Join our team as a Urban Fashion Advisor, where you’ll be part of a dynamic crew in a store dedicated to Japanese Fashion and Youth Culture! Use your passion for fashion and customer service skills to inspire customers, drive sales, and create exceptional shopping experiences!

Requirements:

• Strong interest or passion for Japanese fashion and youth culture.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese streetwear trends.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, preferably in fashion.
• Dynamic, energetic individual with a positive, can-do attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Stylish and up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to connect with young, fashion-forward customers.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience in creating stylish, visually appealing product displays.
• Basic knowledge of social media posting (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and provide exceptional service by sharing knowledge of fashion trends.
• Assist customers in finding outfits and making fashion recommendations based on their preferences.
• Drive sales by promoting the brand's unique style and meeting sales targets.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
• Create eye-catching displays that reflect a trendy and youthful vibe.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
• Contribute to the store’s social media presence by helping with simple posts and updates (if applicable).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
