- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service and escalate issues as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent qualification.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
