- Manage the company's assigned phone number and WhatsApp customer service platform, providing assistance to customers through effective communication and ensuring information is conveyed accurately.
- Collect and consolidate customer-related data, ensuring accuracy and proper archiving, to support the company in analyzing and improving services.
- Must possess at least an SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Mandarin to ensure accurate information delivery and response to customer inquiries during interactions.
- Demonstrates a high level of responsibility, with the ability to complete assigned tasks punctually and adhere to company regulations.
- Candidates with at least 6 months or more of relevant customer service experience are preferred, as familiarity with customer service processes will facilitate faster adaptation to the work environment and enable high-quality service.
