JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic planning to set and achieve sales goals of each territory based on customer preferences and buying trends; planning of A&P events and activities to craft sales and increase market shares;
  • Support on proposals and presentations for fleet sales;
  • Problem solving and coordination between branch with respective departments and resolving issues faced;
  • Motivate, coaching and evaluate on sales performance
  • Help make, promote and enforce company policies to standardize branch SOP
  • Set up training programs for branches to keep up to date with product information and industry trends
  • Monitor branch budget, expenditures, revenue and reporting to HQ.
  • To develop corporate sales, prepare proposal, presentations and meeting with the corporate clients which leads to successful closing of sale
  • To assists the General Manager to follow up on any business prospects & sales leads
  • To be well-versed with the industry and actively contribute new ideas in order to create new business opportunities for company growth
  • To actively participate in the departmental sales & marketing activities and any assigned tasks.
  • Help to build, train and organize a strong sales team
  • Help to develop and implement the sales and marketing
  • Help to oversee and monitor the office and showroom operations
  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time
  • Be proactive and result oriented to meet the sales target and objectives given
  • Able to work as a team with effective communication and management and with own initiative and commitment
  • Also eligible to sell vehicles

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree and above
  • Experience in Automotive Industry’s background 5 Years is a MUST
  • Experience in a sales role at a dealership
  • Good skill set in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Power Point)
  • Fluent in speaking English, Mandarin (MUST) and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in Dealership & Planning Skill
  • Self-motivated, willing, and energetic individual with the ability to work independently and with team
  • Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Advertising
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel, as when necessary
