- To manage, coordinate and maintain correspondence, reports documentations, meeting and appointment.
- To communicate with clients, visitors and vendors on behalf of company and maintain in good relationship.
- Arrange, schedule meetings and appointment, jot down on calendars.
- To represent director to conduct certain meetings.
- To represent director to handle & manage the outside investment, including its profit & lose and operation risk.
- Responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments.
- Make travel and hotel arrangements for director.
- Required to assist on ad-hoc task when necessary.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field, fresh graduate are also welcome.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with internal and external parties.
- Language(s): English and Mand arin& Cantonese.
