Drafter Designer – Commercial Design & Build

Drafting and Documentation:

Produce detailed technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD as instructed by senior designers.

Create and modify visual presentations and documentation using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp or 3ds Max based on design team directions.

Support and Execution:

Follow design specifications and instructions from senior designers to ensure accurate drafting.

Revise and update drawings according to feedback and project needs.

Assist in preparing design presentations and client proposals as required.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all drafting work is precise, up-to-date, and in alignment with project specifications.

Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.

Training and Development:

Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Stay current with updates in design software and industry practices.

The Drafter Designer will be responsible for creating detailed design drafts and technical drawings based on instructions from senior designers. This role involves translating design concepts into accurate and comprehensive drawings and visual representations.

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and 3D software (SketchUp or 3ds Max)
• Good attitude and willing to learn.
• Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
