We are seeking a highly motivated Overseas Client Manager, with 20+ years of experience, ( graduate & KAH / CEI certification mandatory) to join our team. As a Client Manager, you will also be responsible for supporting our team in acquiring new software development projects from clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in bidding on freelancers sites, taking leads from professional networks, and cultivating new business relationships.. Responsibilities: • Utilize various platforms and other websites to identify and bid on software application projects. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads. • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, pain points, and project requirements. • Prepare and submit compelling project proposals that showcase company's strengths and expertise. • Collaborate with the technical team to identify client needs, estimate project timelines, costs, and resource requirements, propose customized software development solutions, and ensure project delivery meets client expectations. • Negotiate project terms and budgets with clients to achieve a win-win situation for both parties. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. • Actively network and participate in relevant industry events to expand the company's presence. • Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and achievements. Requirements: • 20+ years of progressive experience in IT software sales/SaaS sales, with a successful track record in business development and sales • Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong experience in bidding and winning software application projects on various platforms • Solid understanding of software technologies and the software development process. • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Strong interest in software development sales. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
