Responsibilities:
- Ensure the preparation of quotation time basis with sufficient details and follow up.
- Segregation off work to meet shipment arrangements.
- Attend & assist indoor meetings with customer on related matters.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Handling and understand customer's inquiry and respond accordingly.
- Follow up on the payment of cash bills for collection.
- Liaise with customer on the daily basis for shipment arrangements.
- Coordinate with Operations and Forwarding Department on daily basis for shipment arrangement.
- Preparation of Job Order for daily shipments.
- Undertake any others duties as requested by department head or management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good team player, independent and self motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
