Glass Electronic Engineer

Electronic engineers research, design, and develop electronic systems such as circuits, To Lead and Coordinate the Instrumentation team at Hot End and Cold End to accomplish all the activities are carried out with in time frame. To ensure all the Hot End Inst shift and day work team (Assist Super/ Super / Senior Super/ Executive) are available at the IS machine, at Hot End to solve the pending issues and to focus on future improvements. To ensure all the Cold End Inst shift and day work team (Assist Super/ Super/ Senior Super/ Executive) are available at the at Cold End during job change period to set the inspection machines and Palletizers as per the schedule and to solve the pending issues and focus on future improvements. Ensuring consistent quality of Glass Bottles through most efficient use of SOPs, techniques, resources, equipment and monitor the Forehearth temperatures as per the requirement. To guide and attend the break down in Emergency, if the shift and day work team cannot settle the problem with in the time. At the same time coordinate with other department team to settle the issue and after solve the problem arrange someone to monitor. To Assign Job and guide the down-level team to initiate troubleshooting and repairing of electronic equipment and achieve independent job task. Responsible for import substitute development and spares planning for all the control equipment with the day work team. Continuously monitor the Batch House, Furnace, Production and Cold End Process activities, in each line to achieve the Monthly, Yearly Production efficiency Target set by management. Give training and counsel the different level people to improve their knowledge and Skill set.
