- Demonstrate a high level of honesty and integrity in all dealings.
- To assist superior in all daily purchasing functions including sourcing for materials, price negotiation, quotations, costings, forecast orders and follow up on delivery schedule.
- To prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and related correspondences.
- To ensure all materials are purchased according to required specifications & requirements.
- To monitor delivery schedule with suppliers and ensure goods ordered are delivered in accordance to the PO.
- To update purchasing records in the system and ensure all the documentation for preparation of payment to suppliers are in proper order.
- Responsible for clerical work, faxing and filing for the Purchasing Department.
- To handle any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
