Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or live chat, and provide accurate information or assistance.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution rate, and adherence to schedule.
  • Stay updated on product or service offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM graduate and proficient with English speaking.
  • With or without experience are both welcome.
  • Willing to work on rotational basic, including morning, noon & night shifts.
