MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource and administration functions, which include the following areas ; recruitment, payroll, salary and benefit administration, training and development, compliance to regulatory concerns, policy development, compensation and benefit administration.
  • Responsible for maintenance of HR records and general administrative activities.
  • Be responsible in data entry of document.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist Sales & Service team in handling private & confidential documents and filling.
  • Monitor office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
  • Organise and monitor office set up and tidiness.
  • Support in administering staff attendance & leave record.
  • Organise event and function for office personnel.
  • Assist management in consolidating reports.
  • Provide general support to customer when required.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
