Teacher - Science & Maths

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging lesson plans aligning with the curriculum standards of Cambridge (KS3 & KS4).
• Utilise a variety of instructional methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and achievement.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and observations, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and organise school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure student success.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area.
• Qualifying teaching license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for fostering a love of learning in students.
