About the job:

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Finance & Admin professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting finance-related tasks and administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finance Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
  • Support the finance team during audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Help implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

2. Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist with various administrative duties as needed.

Requirement and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or internship may be advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to work in SS15, Subang Jaya

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Finance: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
