You will play an important role to:
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee welfare & relations
- Monitor the progress of the annual performance appraisal and work closely with managers to ensure that the performance management cycle is complete.
- Serve as the core system administrator for all HRIS matters, primarily supporting SAP SuccessFactors and InfoTech systems related matters
- Ensure all required information and employee data are accurately maintained and updated promptly in SuccessFactors and e-Pfile.
- Support in recruitment processes from posting of job advertisements, candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding arrangement.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll and claims processing including checking of timesheet, business expense claims, cash advance requests and statutory submission.
- Prepare HR-related documents and correspondence such as employment letter, acceptance of resignation or termination letter etc
- Assist in facilitating learning and development plans, in-house and external training for all staff
- Provide full support in enrolment and administration of employees’ group insurance.
- Monitor and process all staff confirmation and contract renewals
- Prepare monthly headcount reports
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendation on existing HR processes to ensure more effective and efficient workflows
- Manage employees’ queries on HR matters
- Assist in organising staff engagement activities.
- Participate in HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Degree in Business Studies/ Human Resource Management or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as HR Generalist preferable in Industrial industry
- Familiar with local employment laws and knowledge of best HR market practices
- Able to handle sensitive and private information with high confidentiality
- Meticulous, resourceful, disciplined, self-motivated with great initiative, able to work independently & within teams in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal)
