Ø Enter all necessary information to ensure data integrity.
Ø Trace and trace for on time pickups and deliveries and update
Ø Communicate with internal and external groups, especially on high priority loads and customers.
Ø Conduct customer interactions via email and phone contact.
Ø Maintain and further develop customer, warehouse, team relationship through daily communication.
Ø Provide logistics and asset side with all information needed to properly execute logistic plans as determined by the customer to ensure proper customer service is provided.
Ø Build and maintain customer relationships and improve customer retention.
Ø Provide directions for each new customer as they are entered in the system.
Ø Build and maintain customer relationships and improve customer retention.
Ø Acquire and retain knowledge of each customer’s needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
