  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive, Finance, to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, leading the reporting team, and overseeing financial audits. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform delegated monthly financial closing duties.
  • Conduct key financial analyses to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the financial closing process.
  • Lead the reporting team in completing the monthly management accounts and report details to the Finance Manager.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the audit firm to coordinate audit planning.
  • Oversee the financial audit process, including negotiation with auditors on audit-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards by maintaining sufficient knowledge of current regulations.
  • Stay up to date with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and relevant tax laws.
  • Act as the project lead when new MFRS or tax laws come into effect, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of accounting system setup, calculation logic, and reporting functionalities.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by management as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance or Accountancy.
  • 5 years in Full Set Financial Reporting.
  • ACCA, CPA, ICAEW (not mandatory if work experience is adequate).
  • Strong communication skill
  • Knowledgeable & Resourceful in MFRS.
  • Knowledgeable in Local Corporate Tax laws & practices.
  • Strong in double entry.
  • Understanding on Corporate Closing Processes.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, SAP.
  • High Adaptability to SOP changes & updates.
  • Exposure to Accounting Standards & Tax Laws
  • Experienced in leading Financial Audits & Tax Comp.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
