Job role

    -Lead the payroll team in the Outsourcing department -Onboarding new clients -Review reports prepared by Associates -Process statutory and salary payments via online banking -Act as a key point of contact in client relationships to enhance client experience -Meet strict deadlines with a high attention to detail -Keep up to date on relevant legislations -Train Associates and provide guidance and assistance where required -Assist with the preparation of payroll proposals -Assist management in identifying issues and implementing potential improvements within the payroll function

Qualifications

    -3 to 5 years of relevant working experience -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Vibrant personality and ability to manage and meet strict deadlines -Knowledge of accounting software (XERO) is an added advantage -Excellent organisational and time management skills -Pro-active and hard-working -Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills -Able to adapt, identify and provide solutions for internal processing -Eager to develop management and leadership skills for a successful career
