Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and handle property transaction documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Act as a point of contact, providing updates and responding to inquiries from clients and third parties.
- Maintain accurate records in case management systems and track key transaction dates.
- Assist conveyancers with administrative tasks and coordinate the signing and distribution of documents.
- Arrange property searches and file documents with relevant organizations, such as the Land Registry.
Job Requirement:
- Prior experience in conveyancing, legal administration, or a related field
- Welcome fresh graduate to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
