Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and handle property transaction documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Act as a point of contact, providing updates and responding to inquiries from clients and third parties.
  • Maintain accurate records in case management systems and track key transaction dates.
  • Assist conveyancers with administrative tasks and coordinate the signing and distribution of documents.
  • Arrange property searches and file documents with relevant organizations, such as the Land Registry.

Job Requirement:

  • Prior experience in conveyancing, legal administration, or a related field
  • Welcome fresh graduate to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

  • Johor Bahru (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
