Project Coordinator

• Knowledge of Architecture or C&S or M&E work is pre-requisite.
• Record and interpret project drawings and technical specifications.
• Assist in reviewing contractors' submission (shop drawings, materials, RFI, etc.)
• Assist in identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
• Assist on the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.
• Attend coordination meetings to update compliance/procedural requirements and highlight construction changes, information and specifications to avoid construction mistakes.
• Control all relevant project documents and data as per procedure stated in the PQP.
• Ensure that procedures outlines in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Company's Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during supervision and monitoring.
• Assist to ensure that site works are completed with minimum defects and as per work specifications.
• Carry out any other duties as instructed by superior/management.

Job Requirement

• Possess a Degree /Diploma in Architecture/ Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Construction.
• Computer savvy and good in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Optional)
• Positive attitude organized, discipline, self-driven and committed)
• Able to coordinate and work as a team.
• Willing to travel to site when necessary (have own transport)
• Experienced in BIM Modeler

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
