We are seeking a Network Support Junior Technician to join our team, providing support for various network infrastructure projects and maintenance tasks. This role involves preventive maintenance, configuration, and setup of essential networking equipment. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in networking, with at least a CCNA certification, and be ready to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Work Responsibilities

Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, network mapping, processes, and service records.
Design and implement company LANs, WANs, VLANs, routing, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, switches, and other hardware.
Communicate and negotiate with clients to secure network products and services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Configure networks to ensure smooth and reliable operation, supporting business objectives and workflows.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Track and test network performance, providing performance statistics and reports.
Conduct server and security audits, as well as system backups and recovery processes.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on network equipment, including switches and routers, in commercial settings such as shopping malls and corporate environments.

Requirements for Success in This Role:

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is required.
Proven experience in designing and implementing LAN, WAN, VLAN and WLAN networks.
Demonstrated expertise in network capacity planning, network security principles, and best practices in network management.
Experience with Active Directory (AD) server, VMware, Hyper-V and NAS setup.
Expert knowledge of core routing and switching design principles, best practices, and related technologies.
Proficient in current network hardware, protocols, and internet standards, including routers, switches (Layer 2/3), firewalls, remote access, DNS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, QoS, DSL, Frame Relay, and Metro Ethernet.
At least 1 year of experience in designing, implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise-level IP networks,
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
Extensive experience with network monitoring and analysis software.
Capable of conducting research into networking issues and products as needed.
Ability to present ideas in a clear, user-friendly manner.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
