Full Job Responsibilities:
* To handle and prepare HR & monthly payroll administration task.
*Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment voucher and receipt, Bank reconciliation & data entry
*To provide general administrative and operations support.
*General administrative duties including reception, photocopying, keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with office working experience;
-Ability to work independently;
-Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Working location: Messrs LV Partners, locted in Damai, Kota Kinabalu
Work commencement date : 2/1/2025
