CORPORATE RELATION EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to promote our training programs and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably in the education or training sector, and a genuine passion for helping businesses and professionals enhance their mindset, characters and skills. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer customized training solutions that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate business opportunities through the sales process within the training and development sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR managers, learning & development leaders, and C-suite executives.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend tailored solutions that meet their learning objectives.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the training, education, or corporate services sector.
• Understanding of the training industry, learning solutions, and development programs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently, while collaborating with a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay

• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
