JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will involve creating, curating, and managing content across various digital platforms, helping to build audience engagement, increase visibility, and boost brand loyalty for our shows.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for unscripted content, has a pulse on digital trends, and is eager to learn about the behind-the-scenes aspects of digital production and content strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
  • Assist in planning and scheduling content across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop engaging social media posts, highlight reels, and promotional assets.
  • Coordinate with production teams to gather and organize behind-the-scenes content, teasers, and highlight clips for digital distribution.

Audience Engagement:
  • Actively engage with audiences on social platforms by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Monitor and report on audience reactions and trends to optimize engagement strategies.

Research & Trends Monitoring:
  • Keep up with social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to identify potential content opportunities.
  • Assist in brainstorming and pitching fresh content ideas tailored for each platform.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Film, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Proficiency in basic photo and video editing (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of unscripted content and reality TV trends is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for digital content creation, storytelling, and community engagement.
