  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

This role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the end-user experience across various devices, applications, and systems, including the latest Windows 11 and Gen AI-powered tools such as Co-Pilot PC. The ideal candidate will have experience working remotely within a global team, with a proven ability to manage and troubleshoot issues effectively across time zones. Requirements:- - A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology. - Minimum of 3 years of helpdesk support and experience in running IT projects. Fresh graduates with relevant skill sets may be considered. - Its preferable if the candidate is able to converse in Mandarin. - Strong customer service, communication and collaboration skills. - Thorough understanding of Windows 10 & 11 OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and file and print infrastructure. - Working knowledge of LAN/WAN infra and iOS & Android devices. - Experience with office productivity, Unified Endpoint solutions, or service management tools preferred. - Familiarity with modern security practices, including BitLocker encryption, endpoint protection, and data compliance policies. - Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for managing incidents and service requests.
