Job Description Admin Executive • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities in the office. • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Management. • Responsible in applying, renewing, monitoring and filing of business licenses. • Maintained, organize and update filing system in proper record. • Prepare and keep all documentation related to administrative. • Perform any ad hoc tasks given by superior as and when required. • Issue Purchase order and invoice • Take meeting minutes • Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary. • Ensure office equipment & appliances work properly. • Exercise good judgement in managing priorities, response to inquiries and workflow. • To handle incoming and outgoing calls. • To assist in provide office facilities maintenance support by managing third party vendors for e.g., IT, air-condition service, CCTV and alarm system, photocopier, lift etc. • To apply or renew permit/licenses with government bodies • Prepare and maintaining accurate daily logs Requirements: - • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Email & communication tool • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience in a related field is an added advantage. • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. • Able to start immediately or within short notice will be an advantage. • Self-motivated, keen to learn and grow professionally. • Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, keen to learn and grow professionally. • Has own transportation.
