About the Role
The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our showrooms to ensure maximum efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a customer-centric mindset. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results by optimizing showroom performance, managing staff, and improving operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Financial Performance

· Analyze showroom sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, while developing and executing strategies such as promotions, product placement, and upselling techniques to drive sales.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates, and average transaction value to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.

2. Staff Management & Development

· Lead, motivate, and mentor sales leaders & team to create a high-performing team.

3. Operational Management

· Oversee the daily operations of multiple showrooms, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

· Collaborate with the Operations teams to track and manage product availability, order fulfillment, and any special customer requests, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

4. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

· Collaborating with the Customer Service team to ensure consistent and effective responses.

5. Inventory

· Ensure accurate stock tracking and ordering processes to prevent stockouts or overstocking, maintaining optimal inventory levels for all showrooms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retails, sales and marketing, ideally in the furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach to team management.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical abilities for tracking KPIs.
  • Creative and customer-focused, with an understanding of design trends and industry dynamics.
